a month agoFantastic customer service after I left my handbag there. And employee went back & lwft me in aftwr hours to collect it. I am so grateful as I live over 2 hrs away! Thank you so much Setta, you are a lifesaver! Much appreciated....

4 months agoCame here hungry as, lumbered out full, so gloriously full. I had the Farmers Breakfast and a flat white. Farmers breakfast is very well plated, its subtle and pretty. Chirozo on a stick like a bougie corndog was great fun. The homemade hashbrown seemed to contain onions. I normally say no onion to every meal. This was edible as my issue with onions is their god-awful texture. Had I known, I would've said no hadhbown. Poached eggs were perfect, just perf. Check out the vids in this review. I really enjoyed this meal, the venue and the kindly, calm folk running it. Props and prosperity to them.

7 months agoI visited Café Azul for breakfast and overall had a mixed experience. The coffee tasted good, but unfortunately, it was quite cold by the time it arrived. For my meal, I ordered scrambled eggs with mushrooms and hash browns. The food tasted nice overall. However, the hash brown was quite different from what I have had in other cafés—it had a strong onion flavour and reminded me of a Persian dish called Potato Koko. It seemed to be made with potato and onion, fried together. Personally, I liked it, but one of my friends did not enjoy it as much and found the onion taste too dominant. The staff were friendly, polite, and attentive, which made the experience pleasant. However, I must mention the bathroom situation, which was quite disappointing. For a café of this standard, it was definitely a major downside. There was only one small and not very clean toilet, located at the back corner of the courtyard, and the door did not close properly. I even took a photo from inside, and through the gap in the door, I could see people sitting at the nearby tables. This issue really needs to be addressed urgently, as it affects the overall experience.

a year agoCame after work and left very satisfied. Several people dining but was able to find a table easy. Owners were very kind and welcoming. Food + drinks super good and really quick (the most avo I’ve ever had on a smashed avo, a literal tower of avo). I also liked how you could pay first so you could simply leave when you wanted. Thank you 💜💜

a year agoAbsolutely loved our visit to Azul! The service was genuinely warm and thoughtful – you can tell the team really cares about their customers. We had the beef sausage rolls, a chicken and avocado sandwich, and a couple of muffins – all absolutely delicious and clearly made with love. The coffee was excellent too, smooth and well-balanced. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, and pricing was surprisingly reasonable for such quality. A real gem – we’ll definitely be back!

3 years agoCafe Azul is such an unassuming cafe on Bridge Road. It's not as fancy as others around it but it's definitely worth a visit. It's an old, rustic fit out and you'll be greeted by by very warm, friendly staff who I believe are the owners who run it. The food here is very flavoursome and filling with food size servings. Imagine new age breakfast done the way your mum use to make food, with lots of flavour! Coffee is good and they have seating inside, out front and a courtyard out back. Worth a stop and try

4 years agoWorks for me. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The Breakfast Piadina was really delicious and had a slight hint of heat which complemented the lightly fried egg and the bacon. Nice friendly staff and the value was terrific. Worth searching out and trying this tasty and great value dish.
